Zanfish used to be a favourite of ours. Not anymore. The last 4 times we have been, including different zan fish shops around derby, we have been incredibly disappointed. Every time we have struggled to finish the fish off as it seems to have a strange taste almost as if it is gone off slightly. The chips used to be nice and crispy but nowadays they are soggy and incredibly oily. I'm not sure what is going on with the owners and business but it's a real shame as Zan fish was always a steady bet for a nice meal. Will be not be coming back. We now go to Steve's bar in Mickleover as this is order of magnitudes better.

Very rude staff at this zan fish . No respect for the people delivering their food making THEM money . Tries to humiliate the drivers INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS AND STAFF . AVOID WHOEVER HAS THE FRANCHISE FOR THIS ZAN FISH BECAUSE THEY ARE LETTING THEM DOWN AND I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER !!!!!
ordered online, got the order home only to have no salad or sauce in my wrap. Rang to let them know to be argued with, then eventually to be told to come back for another one. Won't both again I'll stick to the Heatherton one from now on!
